How does the shipment take place?

You will receive your item in a short time, 24 / 48h from the order fulfillment. Shipments are generally processed on the same day as payment is received. Shipments to Italy are made by GLS insured express courier in 24 / 48h. Shipments abroad are made by DHL express courier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs in Italy are free for purchases over € 100.00. For orders of less than € 100.00 shipping costs amount to € 8.00. Insured shipping is included in the price. For technical reasons for Venice, Sardinia, smaller islands and other municipalities there is a supplement of € 14.00 to be added to the cost of shipping. Shipping costs abroad vary according to the country of destination and can be viewed directly in the shopping cart in the purchase procedure.

Is it possible to make a return?

Of course, it is possible to make the return easily and free of charge. Each buyer has the right to withdraw the item within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will process the refund using the payment method used at the time of purchase upon receipt of the returned item after checking that there is no damage.
